BP and Dominion to jointly develop wind farms in VirginiaFiled from Houston

USA: Dominion and BP Alternative Energy North America have entered into an agreement to jointly develop, own and operate wind energy projects in Virginia. Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Dominion has over 750 MW of wind power in operation or under development. The new agreement follows Dominion and BP's partnership in the Fowler Ridge wind farm, under development in Benton Country, Indiana. Announced in January, BP and Dominion are partners for 650 MW at the 750 MW facility, with BP retaining sole ownership of the remaining 100 MW.
Chairman and President of BP America Bob Malone said the company was happy to be working with Dominion again.
